The Fiano di Avellino DOCG produced by Feudi di San Gregorio is a white wine that encapsulates the essence of the Campania region with a sublime balance between elegance and intensity. Originating from vineyards in a particularly suited area, this wine stands out for its rich aromatic expression and remarkable structure.

With a straw-yellow color and greenish reflections, the Fiano di Avellino DOCG from Feudi di San Gregorio offers a complex bouquet on the nose, where notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear emerge, enriched by nuances of acacia flowers and hints of toasted hazelnuts, typical of this variety. The moderate use of wood during vinification contributes a subtle hint of vanilla that does not overwhelm but supports the fruity aroma.

On the palate, it is creamy and well-structured, with a perfect balance between lively acidity and a soft texture that envelops the palate. The finish is persistent, clean, and refreshing, leaving a pleasant sensation of minerality that reflects the volcanic terroir of origin.

This wine is ideal for pairing with complex fish dishes, such as seafood risottos or grilled fish with aromatic herbs. It is also recommended with fresh goat cheeses, lending a touch of class and elegance to every culinary pairing.

The Fiano di Avellino DOCG from Feudi di San Gregorio represents an excellent choice for those looking for a white wine with strong character and refined aromatic complexity. A true gem of Campanian viticulture that continues to impress with every sip.
