Florio All’Uovo Floriovo Marsala is a refined interpretation of the classic Marsala wine, enriched by the enticing consistency of egg yolk. This fortified wine, produced by the historic Florio winery in Sicily, offers a unique tasting experience, ideally served as a dessert wine.

Visually, it presents an intense amber color, illuminated by golden reflections that hint at its richness. On the nose, notes of vanilla and caramel emerge immediately, with a delicate undertone of dried fruits and spices. The addition of egg imparts a velvety texture and a generous body to the Marsala, making each sip surprisingly smooth and pleasantly lingering.

On the palate, Florio All’Uovo Floriovo Marsala stands out for its well-balanced sweetness with warm tones of spices and alcohol, culminating in a long and gratifying finish. It is perfect to sip on its own at the end of a meal, or it can be an elegant accompaniment to spoon desserts, especially those based on cream or chocolate.

For an optimal experience, it is recommended to serve this Marsala slightly chilled, at a temperature of around 12-14°C. A sophisticated proposal for those seeking a wine that combines tradition with a touch of originality.
