The Rosato Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOC Bio by Liddàli, produced by Az. Vinicola Vaccaro, is born in the heart of Sicily, a rich and generous land that vibrantly reflects in every sip. This rosé is made from Nero d’Avola grapes cultivated with organic methods, enhancing an indigenous variety capable of expressing a bold yet elegant character.

The color is a soft and luminous pink, which anticipates a fragrant bouquet of small red fruits, floral notes, and light hints of Mediterranean spices. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant minerality intertwined with lively acidity, making it a versatile wine with great personality.

Perfect to accompany seafood appetizers, light meat dishes, and fresh cheeses, this rosé is an invitation to discover Sicily through a genuine and sustainable interpretation of the territory.
