The Grillo Sicilia DOC from the Linea Luna of Az. Vinicola Vaccaro is born from the sunny Sicilian vineyards, an authentic expression of the indigenous Grillo grape variety. The territory, characterized by a Mediterranean climate with strong temperature variations, gives this wine freshness and minerality, highlighting citrus and floral notes that emerge on the nose with elegance.

Visually, it presents a bright straw yellow color, while on the palate it is harmonious and structured, with good acidity that extends its persistence. Aging in steel preserves the purity of the fruit and the liveliness of the aromas, enhancing hints of white peach and honey, accompanied by a slight Mediterranean touch of aromatic herbs.

Perfect to pair with fish dishes, shellfish, and light appetizers, this Grillo represents a sensory experience that tells the heart of Sicily.
