The Toblino Trentino Holy Wine DOP is a truly special wine, capable of evoking stories and traditions of the Trentino-Alto Adige region with just one taste. Produced in limited quantities, this excellence is the fruit of a selected harvest of Nosiola grapes, typical of this mountainous area, which are naturally dried on racks until the Easter period. Subsequently, the grapes are gently pressed and the obtained must ferments and matures slowly in small wooden containers, where the wine spends at least six years to develop its complexity.
This Trentino Holy Wine presents a deep amber color, with hues that vary between golden and orange. On the nose, an extraordinarily rich bouquet emerges, with intense notes of dried fruit, apricot, honey, and sweet spices, enriched by nuances of dehydrated apricot and a light toasted vein. On the palate, the wine surprises with its perfect balance between sweetness and freshness, a combination that leaves the palate pleasantly enveloped by persistent and harmonious flavors.
With its moderate alcohol content, the Toblino Trentino Holy Wine DOP pairs beautifully with rich desserts, such as fruit cakes or dry pastries, but it is also ideal as a meditation wine to be enjoyed alone, perhaps in front of a fireplace. Moreover, it represents an extremely refined gift for connoisseurs and enthusiasts of unique dessert wines with great tradition.
