A wine that combines elegance and personality. It comes from vineyards certified as organic and is harvested manually during the first and second half of October. Maturation takes place in 500 liter barrels and 2500 liter barrels for a period of 18-24 months, followed by a period of refinement in the bottle.
This red wine offers a remarkable consistency and reveals a rich and deep aroma, with clear notes of red fruits such as black cherries and blackberries. The flavor is fresh and lively, with a pleasant tannic softness and remarkable drinkability.
