A pleasantly fragrant wine, supported by a right acidity and accompanied by an indispensable mineral vein. Curtefranca Bianco comes from grapes from 100% Chardonnay vines, left to mature partly in steel and partly in barrique.
A superb label that reminds us that Franciacorta is the homeland of the greatest Italian bubbles, but not only. A decidedly versatile white, pleasantly pleasant and satisfying.
In the glass it has a beautiful bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. It seduces the sense of smell with an intense and rich aroma characterized by initial nuances of white flowers and notes of tropical fruit, followed by hints of peach and citrus hints of lemon. A flowing and fresh taste, a medium-bodied sip, slightly sapid and persistent.
Very versatile also in combinations, perfect as an aperitif, first and second courses based on fish and white meat.
