The Dorobianco Garda Bianco DOC, produced by Avanzi Winery, exemplifies the elegance and freshness of the white wines from Lake Garda. This wine is primarily made from Trebbiano grapes, which provide a delicate structure and a distinctive aromatic profile.

Visually, the Dorobianco presents a light straw-yellow color with bright reflections that hint at its vivacity. On the nose, it opens with an aromatic bouquet that evokes hints of white fruits like apple and pear, followed by floral notes and a slight mineral touch that reflects its terroir.

On the palate, the wine is harmonious and well-balanced. It starts with a smooth entry, followed by a pleasant acidity that keeps the palate fresh and inviting. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, leaving a clean and refreshing sensation that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Dorobianco Garda Bianco DOC pairs splendidly with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, and can be a great companion for a summer evening or a social event. Its versatility also makes it suitable for delicate pasta and risotto dishes.

Avanzi Winery is committed to quality and sustainability, making this wine an excellent choice for wine lovers who value environmental respect and artisanal craftsmanship in wine production. Serve chilled to highlight all its organoleptic qualities.
