The harvest of this vine is done in the first ten days of October, by hand in small boxes. Followed by white vinification and soft pressing of the grapes with a maximum extraction of 50% of the must. The fermentation takes place in steel barrels and then the refinement for 24 months. It will be marketed after 6 months of rest in the bottle, ready to conquer the most refined palates.
In the glass it has an intense yellow color with golden reflections. It has a particularly rich bouquet where the colder and mineral notes harmonize with those of ripe fruit. At the first sip it immediately proves to be a wine of great character; its rich aroma, with hints of hazelnut and an elegant almond aftertaste, suggests pairing it not only with fish, but also with pasta dishes, grilled meats, risottos and cheeses.
The grapes are carefully chosen from vineyards over 55 years of age. A pure Turbiana with a robust but at the same time delicate flavor that you will never tire of tasting.
