The grapes intended for this wine are harvested in August through manual harvesting, using small crates and proceeding with a careful selection in the vineyard by thinning. In the cellar, vinification begins with the destemming of the bunches upon arrival, followed by punching down and pumping over the fermenting mass, all at a controlled temperature. The refinement takes place in steel on the fine lees for a period of 6 months, followed by further refinement phases in the bottle.
From a visual point of view, the wine is clear with a ruby red color. Upon olfactory examination, hints of rose and red flowers emerge, accompanied by notes of small red fruits and cherry, enriched by light spicy nuances of pepper. The taste-olfactory profile reveals a dry wine, quite warm and soft, characterized by good freshness, flavor and a light presence of tannins.
