Cantina Conventino is located in Monteciccardo, in the province of Pesaro-Urbino; it is immersed in the beautiful green hills of the Marche region not far from an ancient convent from the 1500s, from which it takes its name. Stella is a rosé wine made with Famoso grapes carefully selected during the harvest by hand, and then placed in small boxes. Fermentation takes place in steel with 10-day maceration on the skins and subsequent maturation in the bottle on the noble lees.
An unfiltered and undisgorged wine with an opaque yellow colour. The olfactory profile is rich in floral scents of tropical flowers, aromas of tamarind and chinotto. The sip explodes in the mouth resulting in a pleasant and fresh surprise.
It is recommended to combine it with all seafood dishes, but also with white meats and fresh cheeses.
