Deeply rooted in the history and winemaking tradition of Trentino-Alto Adige, the Vigneti Delle Dolomiti IGT - San Leonardo from Tenuta San Leonardo is a red wine that embodies the excellence and enological passion of this renowned Italian region. This wine is the result of a clever blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Carmenère grapes, grown in carefully selected vineyards framed by the majestic Dolomites.

To the eye, it presents with a deep and intense ruby color, a prelude to a complex and well-balanced structure. On the nose, the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT unfolds a rich and multifaceted bouquet, characterized by notes of ripe forest fruits, dark spices, and a subtle hint of tobacco and chocolate, imparted by aging in French oak barriques.

On the palate, the wine reveals itself as full and enveloping, with silky tannins that blend harmoniously with a vibrant freshness. The aftertaste is persistent, leaving room for reflections of black coffee and vanilla, a result of balanced aging.

Aged for 18-24 months in oak barrels, followed by further maturation in the bottle, this wine is ideal to accompany robust dishes such as roasted red meats, game, and aged cheeses. Its complexity and elegance also make it perfect as a meditative wine.

With its distinctive character and refinement, the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT - San Leonardo from Tenuta San Leonardo represents a prestigious addition to any wine collection and an excellent gift for the most discerning connoisseurs.
