The Beaune Du Chateau Premier Cru Red 2021, produced by the renowned winery Bouchard Pere & Fils, is an excellent example that expresses all the elegance of the Beaune terroir. This wine is made by carefully selecting grapes from the various Premier Cru parcels of the estate. The 2021 red stands out for its vibrant ruby coloration and an aromatic bouquet rich in notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a light hint of vanilla. On the palate, it offers a balanced and harmonious tasting experience, with well-integrated tannins that promise good aging potential. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in oak barrels, which adds complexity without overpowering the freshness of the fruit. Ideal to serve with red meats, mushroom-based dishes, or aged cheeses, this Premier Cru is an excellent choice for those seeking an elegant wine with a distinct character.
