A pleasant and perfectly balanced wine produced with 100% Montepulciano grapes. The vinification takes place in steel, with long fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperature and maturation for a minimum of 12 months in second and third hand barriques, to finish with further refinement in the bottle before being put on the market.
It shows an intense ruby red color with light garnet nuances. On the nose there are clear notes of ripe berries mixed with scents of spices, among which black pepper and coffee stand out. In the mouth the taste is full, perfectly balanced by a dense and soft tannic texture.
Perfect throughout the meal, excellent with rich meat dishes and aged pecorino cheeses.
