The Negroamaro Puglia IGT by Masseria Surani is born in the heart of Puglia, a land kissed by the sun, where the native Negroamaro grape finds its ideal environment. This wine expresses the Mediterranean soul with a decisive character and an enveloping structure, the result of careful winemaking that preserves the natural intensity of the fruit. The intense ruby color opens to scents of ripe cherry, plum, and a delicate spicy note, enhanced by light balsamic hints.

On the palate it shows a pleasant softness, supported by velvety tannins that provide balance and persistence. The aging in steel enhances the freshness without imposing invasive aromas, keeping the varietal purity intact. Perfect to accompany traditional Pugliese dishes such as roasted meats, aged cheeses, and rustic sauces, this Negroamaro reveals itself as an authentic expression of the territory and the artisanal passion of Masseria Surani.

Winery history
The masseria originated as a typical Apulian farm in the early 20th century. Production philosophy
