La Rossa is a top fermented beer in stile Belgian Amber Ale from sweet and balanced taste. At sight it is bewitching and hypnotic with its intense mahogany red color and creamy and abundant foam. The bouquet is structured and complex characterized by notes of ripe red fruit, dried fruit, caramelized malt and toffee. On the palate it is rich, it enters soft and round, recalling the sensations already perceived on the nose and enriched in the finish by a light and pleasant bitter note.

This beer is exceptional with first courses seasoned with savory sauces, mountain cheeses, game and grilled meats. It does not disappoint even when paired with shortcrust pastry desserts with creams, dried fruit and red fruits. Also excellent in combination with tasty and well-seasoned pizzas. If, on the other hand, you want to fully appreciate the organoleptic characteristics of the Rossa, it is suggested to taste it alone as a meditation drink.
