This sparkling wine is a classic method made from white grapes from vines over 25 years old. In the vineyard, a careful and environmentally friendly approach is adopted, limiting human intervention and practicing scrupulous manual harvesting. In the cellar, the spontaneous fermentation of the base wines takes place partly in steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. After a year of refinement, we proceed with the assembly and refermentation in the bottle according to the classic method, with further refinement of at least 18 months on the yeasts.

The Spumante appears in the glass with a golden and sunny color that immediately captures attention. The scent is deep and layered, offering a rich variety of aromas ranging from dried fruit to chestnut honey, from citrus fruits to Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, the wine reveals a vital fullness, balanced by a touch of freshness and a pleasant, integrated saline note.
