The Verduzzo Di Cialla in Magnum format from the Ronchi Di Cialla winery is a sweet white wine that captures the essence of the Verduzzo grape variety, grown in the unique lands of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Packaged in a Magnum bottle, this wine is perfect for special occasions, offering a generous quantity that invites sharing.

Visually, the wine presents itself with an attractive amber yellow color, a sign of its maturation and the concentration of its natural sugars. On the nose, Verduzzo Di Cialla exudes a rich and enveloping bouquet, with intense aromas of fruit in syrup, apricot, and touches of honey and caramel. Floral notes and a subtle aroma of sweet spices complete the olfactory profile, making it extremely pleasant and inviting.

In the mouth, the wine is luxuriously sweet but balanced by a vibrant acidity that maintains its freshness. The flavors of ripe fruit, such as peach and cooked apple, blend with nuances of vanilla and a light toasting, a legacy of its passage in wood. The texture is soft and round, with a long and persistent finish that leaves a pleasantly sweet and complex aftertaste.

This Verduzzo Di Cialla Magnum is ideal as a dessert wine, perfectly accompanying fruit-based desserts, apricot tarts or even mature cheeses and foie gras. It is also an excellent meditation wine, to be enjoyed slowly to appreciate all its nuances.

The elegance of the Magnum format and the expressive quality of the wine make it an ideal gift for connoisseurs or a valuable addition to any cellar. With its aging potential, Verduzzo Di Cialla can be enjoyed immediately or stored to develop further complexity.

Winery featured by importers and international technical data sheets.
Winery history
The Rapuzzi family founded the estate in 1970 in the small Cialla valley, restoring local vineyards and helping to save Schioppettino when the variety was nearly lost. In the 1970s and 1980s the winery perfected the recovery of vine cuttings, produced the first vintages of Schioppettino and received recognition that brought Cialla’s wines to international auctions. The denomination and boundaries of the Cialla cru were officially established by ministerial acts and regulations in subsequent years, consolidating the estate’s reputation as a custodian of Friulian indigenous varieties.
Production philosophy
The estate works exclusively with native grape varieties, favoring controlled yields, selective harvesting and minimal agronomic interventions. In the cellar, winemaking is kept as natural as possible and wines undergo extended ageing — including in wood — to achieve long-lived wines with a strong expression of terroir. Biodiversity protection and low-impact practices are integral to the production method.
Terroir and vineyards
The winery is located in the Cialla valley, a small hilly amphitheatre overlooking the Colli Orientali del Friuli, characterized by a tempered microclimate between the Adriatic Sea and the Julian Alps and by marly, well-stratified soils that favor the cultivation of local indigenous varieties. The area is officially recognized as the cru CIALLA for certain traditional varieties.
