This organic wine, produced with respect for the environment and tradition, reflects Tenuta Rapitalà's dedication to creating high-quality wines that respect nature and terroir.
Visually, Vigna Casalj has a bright straw yellow color, with greenish nuances that suggest freshness and liveliness. On the nose, the wine opens with an aromatic and delicate bouquet, characterized by notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and peach, together with floral hints and a light mineral touch.
On the palate, this Alcamo Classico is fresh and pleasantly balanced. The acidity is well present, giving the wine a liveliness that goes perfectly with the flavors of fresh fruit and a subtle note of almond in the finish. The structure is light but harmonious, making the wine extremely drinkable and pleasant.
This wine is an ideal pairing for light and fresh dishes, such as fish-based appetizers, salads, rice-based dishes or pasta with delicate seasonings. It is also perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a summer evening outdoors.
