Weizen-style beer with an opalescent golden color due to the suspended yeasts still present, and an abundant and persistent white foam. Augustiner Weissbier is brewed according to carefully defined principles following the traditional recipes of the Augustinian monks and with carefully selected quality ingredients from the region.
It exudes fruity aromas of banana and apricot, mixed with spicy notes of cloves, bread, citrus and honey. Aromas that we find on the palate, with an exceptional finish with the right degree of bitterness that makes it dangerously drinkable. An exceptional drink to be enjoyed in company, for aperitifs, lunches or dinners based on pizza or hamburgers.
