This wine is the result of a manual harvest in October. Fermentation and maceration take place with skill in steel tanks at controlled temperatures, revealing an intense ruby red heart. Its character evolves thanks to a maturation of 5-7 months in steel or concrete, followed by at least 1-2 months of refinement in the bottle.
This path outlines a wine that embraces its land, with red and black fruits and a salty note, which gives depth and complexity to the sip.
The balance between lively acidity and fruit sweetness is the distinctive signature of this Barbera d'Alba, making it an ideal companion for convivial dinners based on meat and cheese.
