The Barolo DOCG "Lecinquevigne" is a gem produced by the prestigious Damilano winery, one of the historic figures in Piedmontese viticulture with roots dating back to 1890. This wine is a multifaceted expression of the Barolo territory, assembled from grapes coming from five different vineyards located in the best crus of the area: Barolo, Grinzane Cavour, Monforte, and Serralunga d'Alba. Each vineyard contributes its unique characteristics, creating a harmonious and complex whole.

Spoiled by an ideal microclimate and rich soil, the "Lecinquevigne" matures for a full 24 months in oak barrels, followed by an additional 12 months in the bottle, allowing the wine to develop a rich and inviting olfactory bouquet. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe red fruit, spicy notes of pepper and vanilla, and a slight hint of tobacco and leather, all enveloped in an elegant veil of well-integrated tannins.

On the palate, Damilano's Barolo DOCG "Lecinquevigne" stands out for its robust yet balanced structure, with a remarkable taste persistence. Notes of cherry, plum, and raspberry blend with hints of dark chocolate and coffee, culminating in a long and pleasantly bitter finish.

This wine is ideal for pairing with rich and flavorful dishes such as braised meats, game, and aged cheeses, but it is also perfect to be enjoyed on its own, as a meditation to appreciate every nuance. A true jewel for wine lovers seeking a Barolo with a distinctive signature and impeccable quality.
