The Lepanto Oloroso Viejo Brandy presents itself as an exemplary distillation of how tradition and refinement can merge into a liquor of outstanding quality produced in the renowned Gonzalez Byass distilleries, located in the heart of Jerez, Spain. Quite unique in its class, this brandy is aged for an extended period following the traditional solera system in barrels that previously held oloroso wine, a type of dry and aromatic sherry.

On the nose, the Lepanto Oloroso Viejo reveals a complexity of aromas where notes of nuts, dried fruit, and light roasting intertwine. The scent is further enriched by sensations of sweet spices such as vanilla and a light touch of chocolate, due to the long barrel aging.

Upon tasting, the brandy displays a full and velvety body, with a perfect balance between the initial sweetness and a slightly bitter finish that contributes to creating a persistent and pleasantly complex aftertaste. The sensations perceived on the nose are fully found in the mouth as well, with the addition of an elegant oak aftertaste that testifies to its noble aging.

This brandy is not just a distillate, but a true sensory journey through the history and culture of Jerez. Perfect to enjoy neat after a meal, the Lepanto Oloroso Viejo Brandy pairs magnificently with dark chocolate or a good cigar, making each sip a unique and unforgettable experience. Ideally served at a temperature of 18-20°C to enhance all its nuances.
