This wine represents the expression of a unique terroir, that of the Soave hills, where the microclimate and volcanic soil give the local wines a distinctive note of minerality and freshness. The Bolla winery, with its long history and dedication to quality, has created in "Retro" a Soave Classico which stands out for its complexity and drinkability.
Visually, the "Retro" presents itself with a light straw yellow color, crossed by greenish reflections that anticipate its freshness. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and varied, with delicate floral notes that blend with hints of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by a light touch of almond and minerality.
In the mouth, the wine is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that supports its structure and makes it particularly suitable for culinary pairings. Its elegant minerality and freshness make it ideal to accompany light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as fresh and delicate cheeses.
The production of Soave Classico "Retro" follows the rigorous rules of the Soave Consortium, which aim to preserve the identity and authenticity of this wine.
