A white with great personality and freshness, the result of international grapes grown in Calabria: Chardonnay (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%).
The hard land in a mix with international grapes creates a particular and more intense wine when sipped, with pleasant and well-defined fruity notes. Paired with fish or soft cheeses it finds the right harmony.
