Zero Spaccato's Franciacorta Saten DOCG is a superb expression of elegance and finesse in the panorama of Italian sparkling wines. This wine is produced exclusively using Chardonnay grapes, handpicked in the early hours of the morning to ensure maximum freshness and integrity of the fruit. The special feature of Saten lies in its creaminess and fine perlage, a result of a long maturation on the yeasts that never falls below 24 months, strictly following the regulations of the Franciacorta DOCG denomination.
Visually, the Saten has a soft straw-yellow color, enriched by golden reflections and very fine bubbles that form a persistent crown. On the nose, it reveals a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of green apple, citrus, white peach, enhanced by nuances of almond and toasted bread, fruits of the winemaking techniques and aging process.
On the palate, the Zero Spaccato Saten impresses with its softness and roundness, balanced by a vibrant acidity that brings freshness to the sip. The aftertaste is long-lasting, with echoes of fresh fruit and light touches of vanilla and brioche, which testify to the quality of the winemaking and evolution in the bottle.
