Giffard offers a wide range of concentrated pure sugar syrups, colored and flavored, then pasteurized with the hot method to ensure maximum conservation. Syrups suitable to be used to assemble cocktails, smoothies, granitas, milkshakes and also to flavor hot drinks.
Giffard Gigembre is a syrup based on pure sugar and natural ginger flavouring, without preservatives. A product characterized by a delicate aroma of fresh ginger, with a peppery final taste and a slight hint of lime.
