The Liquore all’Uovo by Roner, produced in the picturesque province of Trento, represents a refined expression of artisanal tradition and Alpine quality. Made with selected ingredients, including fresh eggs, sugar, and a careful blend of distillates, this ovovit stands out for its velvety and enveloping texture.

The production process keeps the local heritage alive, enhancing authentic flavors carefully preserved. On the nose, delicate notes of vanilla and a light hint of sweet spices emerge, leading to a creamy and persistent taste, characterized by a pleasant balanced sweetness and an intriguing aftertaste of egg yolk.

Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.

Ageing

Variable aging: some spirits remain in stainless steel (e.g. certain fruit spirits), others (e.g. R74 Aged) mature for years in wooden barrels; the technique depends on the individual product.
