Righi's sparkling Pignoletto is one of the dry Emilian whites which holds the place of honor for its tradition and particular richness of taste.
The Pignoletto vine today is called Grechetto Gentile and is grown in its historical territory of origin, in the plains of Modena and Bologna.
In the glass it has a light foam and fine and persistent perlage, with a beautiful pale straw yellow colour.
On the nose the bouquet is intense, elegant and floral, with fruity notes of ripe pear and green apple. In the mouth the sip is elegant and harmonious and releases a satisfying taste on the palate.
Exceptional wine to serve with appetizers, first courses, roasted white meats and fresh cheeses.
