The Pinot Nero Spumante Extra Dry by Vanzini is an elegant and refined expression of one of the most versatile and appreciated grape varieties in the international wine scene. Produced in the picturesque Italian wine region, this sparkling wine stands out for its extra dry finish, which imparts particular freshness and liveliness, while maintaining a harmonious balance with the typical softness of Pinot Nero.

On the nose, the Pinot Nero Spumante Extra Dry reveals a complex bouquet, intertwining notes of ripe red fruits, such as wild strawberries and raspberries, with nuances of white flowers and slight hints of toasted bread, resulting from its maturation process. The perlage is fine and persistent, offering a pleasantly creamy sensation on the palate.

In the mouth, it presents good structure and impeccable balance between acidity and sugars, culminating in a long and pleasantly fruity finish. Its versatility makes it ideal both as an aperitif and paired with light dishes, particularly appetizers based on fish or white meats.

Served chilled, between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius, the Pinot Nero Spumante Extra Dry by Vanzini manages to express all its qualities to the fullest, making it an excellent choice to celebrate special occasions or to add a touch of class to convivial moments. A true gem for sparkling wine lovers, seeking a unique and unforgettable sensory experience in every sip.
