The vineyard is located at an altitude of 120 m a.s.l., with East South-East exposure, on hilly terrain made up of marl and sandstone of oceanic origin. The Ribolla Gialla grapes are vinified in white starting from a soft pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Aging always in steel with rest for a period of 7 months on the fine lees and a further 3 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
When poured, it shows a bright straw yellow color. On the nose it denotes a large bouquet punctuated by a pleasant aroma of citrus peel, white peach and thyme. The sip is full, delicately fresh, sapid and with the right acidity, typical of Ribolla, which supports a good structure.
An extremely versatile goblet, excellent in combination with multiple courses such as appetizers and vegetable first courses, sausages, shellfish, delicate steamed or grilled fish-based dishes, excellent with the combination with fresh cheeses.
