Sarpa di Poli is obtained from the distillation of grape pomace from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon using a traditional bain-marie distillation process in copper boilers. This process gives the distillate an exceptional purity and a surprisingly soft palate. The grappa has a transparent and bright color that invites tasting.
On the nose, Sarpa di Poli displays an aromatic bouquet with vibrant notes of fresh fruit and a hint of aromatic herbs, offering a complex and pleasant olfactory experience. On the palate, the olfactory sensations transform into a harmonious and balanced flavor, with a lingering aftertaste that recalls the freshness of fruit and a slight vegetal touch.
Served at room temperature or slightly chilled, this grappa is perfect as a digestive after a meal. It pairs beautifully with dark chocolate or can be used as a refined base for innovative cocktails.
Ideal for grappa lovers who appreciate a spirit of great character and purity, Sarpa di Poli represents an excellent example of Italian craftsmanship in the world of spirits.
