Sauvignon Blanc is an international grape variety grown in many areas of the world. The two schools (areas) of reference are French; the Loire valley which produces particularly aromatic, sapid and mineral Sauvignon and the Bordeaux area which vinifies this vine often blended with Semillon giving it structure and body. In both cases, elegance and finesse are characteristic only of the best wines.

Cantina Lis Neris proposes its expression of Sauvignon Blanc, the Picol. The grapes are grown with organic fertilization and integrated phytosanitary defense with the abolition of chemical weeding; it is then carefully selected and hand-picked. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks (20-22 ° C), the maturation is combined in stainless steel / wood on the fine deposit for 11 months with frequent bâtonnage. Bottling and bottle aging for at least 12 months.

In the glass it has a bright golden yellow color. On the nose the strong floral and fruity notes intersect exquisitely giving rise to a sublime bouquet. In the mouth the result is a savory, well-balanced and fresh white, where the long and persistent finish gives a perfect wine for the whole meal, much appreciated by enthusiasts and collectors. At the table its qualities are expressed to the maximum in combination to rich fish-based dishes and fresh cheeses.
