With a name that conveys uniqueness and innovation, the Spumante Diverso Metodo Classico Brut produced by Le Guaite Noemi stands out as an effervescent wine of exceptional elegance. Created following the rigorous Metodo Classico, this sparkling wine is the result of a selected cuvée combining carefully chosen grapes to ensure a perfect blend of aromas and flavors.

On the nose, the Spumante Diverso reveals vibrant notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, with a hint of fresh yeast reminiscent of artisanal bakery. On the palate, the effervescence is fine and persistent, offering a creamy texture that envelops the senses in a embrace of freshness. Surprising mineral notes intertwine with hints of green apple and bread crust, leaving a pleasantly clean and persistent aftertaste.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, seafood, and dishes based on white fish. Perfect for celebrating special moments or adding a touch of class to any occasion.
