The Amaro Italiano Venti is produced by the Lombard Magi Spirits distillery, made with 20 different botanicals, each inspired by an Italian region, cold macerated in a hydroalcoholic solution for a period of about thirty days. Continued filtration, reduction of the alcohol content and aging in the bottle. Among the ingredients we find: juniper, orange, olive, tansy, olive, myrtle, yarrow, gentian and basil.
Of bright orange color to the eye, the olfactory profile denotes a complex bouquet from which the aromas of myrtle, gentian and basil prevail, accompanied by citrus and bittering notes. The taste is in perfect harmony with the sense of smell, with a very satisfying persistent finish.
A modern version of amaro that offers a tasty sip, to be enjoyed neat with ice or mixed.
