Biserno, labeled as Toscana IGT and produced by Tenuta di Biserno, is a wine that strongly and delicately expresses the character of the terroir of the Tuscan coast, near Bolgheri. Made mainly with Cabernet Sauvignon, with a small percentage of Merlot, this red embodies the pursuit of balance between structure and harmony.

The aging takes place in French oak barriques for over a year, followed by a resting period in the bottle, which contributes to a refined and well-defined aromatic complexity. The result is a full-bodied wine, with an intense ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose, complex notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums open up, accompanied by spicy hints of black pepper and tobacco, with a pleasant balsamic sensation. On the palate it is enveloping, with soft and well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Biserno pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing the depth and structure of every accompaniment. A label that elegantly represents the richness of Tuscan winemaking.
