The Franciacorta Rosè DOCG from San Cristoforo winery is a true expression of elegance and sophistication, distinguished by its unique character and extraordinary versatility. This sparkling wine, strictly produced in the prestigious Franciacorta area in Lombardy, is the result of meticulous selection of grapes, primarily Pinot Nero, which give this rosè a unique aromatic intensity and pleasant complexity.

The color is a delicate antique pink, with brilliant reflections that herald the quality of the product. On the nose, the Franciacorta Rosè DOCG reveals notes of fresh small red fruits, such as raspberries and wild strawberries, enriched by nuances of yeast and toasted bread due to the long maturation period on the yeast that exceeds 24 months. This process not only enriches the aromatic profile of the wine but also contributes to creating a velvety and enveloping structure.

On the palate, the attack is fresh and vibrant, with a fine and persistent perlage that caresses the palate, leaving room for a beautiful acidity that perfectly balances the fruity component. The finish is long and persistent, with a return of the fruity notes mixed with a slight sensation of bitter almond that invites another sip.

The Franciacorta Rosè DOCG by San Cristoforo is perfect as an aperitif, but thanks to its structure and complexity, it also pairs beautifully with dishes based on fish, white meats, and fresh cheeses. A wine to enjoy on special occasions or to elevate any moment with a touch of class.
