The Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG Vigna Pelizzane 2010 by Torraccia represents a refined expression of the Piedmontese territory, highlighting the nobility of the Nebbiolo grape in the hills of Ghemme. This wine is born from a careful selection of Nebbiolo grapes, grown in vineyards located in an area characterized by an ideal microclimate and soils rich in sand and clay, which confer elegance and structure.

The aging in oak barrels gives this magnum complexity and depth, with aromas of faded roses, ripe cherry, tobacco, and sweet spices that harmoniously intertwine. On the palate it expresses itself with a silky tannic texture, good persistence, and a perfect balance between acidity and warmth, typical of long-evolution vintages. Ideal paired with red meat dishes, braised meats, and aged cheeses, this Nebbiolo enchants with its ability to tell the richness of the DOCG Ghemme in every sip.
