Tommasi's Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore DOC represents an exquisite expression of the Valpolicella terroir, a wine region rich in history and tradition located in the heart of Veneto. Created through the "Ripasso" method, this wine undergoes a second fermentation on the Amarone grape pomace, imparting unique complexity and intensity.

With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this wine boasts a deep ruby red color that preludes a rich and enveloping olfactory experience. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, are enriched by nuances of sweet spices, vanilla, and a slight hint of tobacco.

On the palate, Tommasi's Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore DOC is velvety and robust, with a perfect balance between acidity and soft tannins. The finish is persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of warmth and a trace of dried fruit and chocolate.

This wine is ideal for pairing with traditional Italian cuisine, such as risottos, pasta with rich meat sauces, and grilled red meats. It is also perfect with aged cheeses, offering a delightful combination that enhances both flavors.

Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore DOC is a wine that continues to evolve in the bottle and can be enjoyed immediately or cellared for a few years, allowing the evolution of its bouquet and structure to be appreciated. An excellent choice for any connoisseur looking to explore the richness and complexity of Veneto wines.
