The Roero Arneis Riserva DOCG - Renesio Incisa from the renowned Monchiero Carbone winery is a true gem of Piedmontese oenology. Located in the heart of the Roero region, this white wine is produced exclusively with Arneis grapes, prized for their ability to reflect the unique terroir of this area.

The result of a rigorous selection, the grapes are manually harvested from the oldest vineyards in the Renesio area, known for their high quality. The reserve undergoes a meticulous winemaking process and maturation that includes the use of both steel and wood, allowing the wine to acquire complexity and body while maintaining the characteristic freshness of the grape variety.

Visually, the wine has a bright straw-yellow color, while the nose reveals delicate floral notes paired with fruity sensations, especially reminiscent of pear and melon, with a hint of fresh almond. On the palate, the Roero Arneis Riserva is elegant and well-balanced; its minerality blends well with a proper acidity, promoting a remarkable taste persistence. Notes of ripe fruit and a slightly toasted touch complete the aromatic profile, leaving an excellent impression of complexity and refinement.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is also an excellent accompaniment to dishes based on fish, seafood, and poultry. It is suggested to serve at a temperature of 10-12°C to best appreciate all its qualities.

The Roero Arneis Riserva DOCG - Renesio Incisa - Monchiero Carbone is therefore a superb choice for those looking for a white wine that expresses the elegance and tradition of the Roero, offering a high-level tasting experience.
