Questo Sauvignon Blanc Friuli Grave DOC prodotto dalla cantina Bidoli rappresenta una splendida espressione del terroir friulano. Al calice, si presenta con una brillante tonalità giallo paglierino, spesso arricchita da riflessi verdognoli che ne enfatizzano la freschezza. Al naso, questo vino bianco conquista immediatamente con un bouquet aromatico complesso e avvolgente: spiccano note floreali eleganti, quali il sambuco e il gelsomino, intrecciate a sensazioni fruttate di pesca bianca e melone. Non mancano sentori agrumati e lievi richiami erbacei che risaltano la tipicità del vitigno.

In bocca, il Sauvignon Blanc dimostra tutta la sua vivacità e freschezza, grazie a una marcata acidità ben bilanciata e a una struttura armoniosa. I sapori percepiti al naso si ritrovano anche al palato, regalando un gusto complesso e persistente, con un finale lungo e piacevolmente minerale. Questo vino si presta perfettamente per accompagnare piatti a base di pesce, crostacei e molluschi, ma non sfigura anche in abbinamento a formaggi freschi e piatti vegetariani.
