An excellence among dessert wines. Engaging and sensual, soft and sweet but without distorting the freshness and roundness it gives to the palate.
This wine mainly suitable for tasting and meditation, is a wine that gives emotions to anyone who approaches it for the first time.
It is produced from Zibibbo grapes, coming from eleven different vineyards on the island of Pantelleria, whose harvest is diversified according to the microclimate that differentiates the various areas of the island. This makes it a unique wine to all intents and purposes, if not for its production complexity.
The name wants to celebrate the wind that blows, to remind the grapes that always grow here complied by the sun and the wind, thus giving unique aromas and tastes.
Almost golden amber colors, fruity and sweet nose, from apricot, pineapple, bergamot and candied citron, in a mix of jam. Sweet and gentle flavors that inebriate the palate and the mind, with very long aromatic endings.
