The Bag in Box is a practical and safe container that keeps the wine vacuum-packed, even after opening, the remaining product will not undergo oxidation or contamination preserving its unchanged qualities for about 4-5 weeks.
The Cerasuolo grapes used to produce this excellent wine are harvested early, and cultivated with the tendone and espalier training system, on medium-textured clayey soil. The vinification begins with soft vacuum pressing, to extract only the flower must, continues with clarification of the must at low temperature and fermentation of only the clear part at low temperature. Maturation and refinement in stainless steel.
A rosé wine that offers the nose pleasant hints of fragrant and juicy red fruit, with aromas of pomegranate and ginger. On the sip it demonstrates good consistency, with the flavor and freshness that accompany the fruity aroma of berries that accompany a long and very pleasant finish.
A glass that lends itself well to combinations with fish dishes, light meats and medium-aged cheeses.
