The grapes are subjected to a soft pressing, to obtain the separation of the must which will then be fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. While the sparkling base is aged for 6-7 months. Last maturation on the lees for at least 30 months which in this way make it a very complex and full-bodied bubble.
Vintage with an intense straw yellow colour. It shows itself in all its splendor given the importance of the bubble in spicy notes and tropical fruit.
It offers one of the most complex gustatory experiences and among the best excellences of the Franciacorta area.
On the sip it offers an important structure, with savory and mineral notes and a long citrus finish that certainly makes you appreciate the drink.
