The grape harvest takes place in the second half of September. After the collection, it follows delicate pressing and racking, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (18°C) for about 12 days. The wine is then decanted and bottled and aged in the bottle for a short time.
A wine that stands out in the glass for its bright straw yellow colour. On the nose, its bouquet characterized by gently blended floral, spicy and citrus aromas seduces.
A white that immediately denotes good acidity, always well balanced with the right flavor and balanced softness. A glass that on the table goes perfectly with fish-based dishes, seafood risottos and white meats.
