The grape harvest takes place in the first half of September. After the harvest, it follows delicate pressing and racking, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (15 ° C) for about 12 days. The wine is then decanted and bottled and aged in the bottle for a short time.

A wine that stands out in the glass for its straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. Its complex and varied bouquet seduces on the nose, composed of balsamic notes of aromatic herbs, eucalyptus, mint, sweetly blended with hints of white fruit, pear, apple, and citrus aromas of bergamot.

A white that immediately denotes great freshness and persistence on the palate, with a long, slightly citrusy and mineral finish to be enjoyed to the full. An intense and savory glass, which at the table goes perfectly with fish-based dishes, risottos, white meats, legume soups and fresh cheeses.
