The grapes of this vine are harvested by hand when fully ripe and grown in compliance with the biological balance of the vineyard, through low yields per vine. Thanks to this, there is a reduction in the environmental impact given a lower use of fertilizers and pesticides, and a great benefit to the quality of the grapes and our existence.
The vinification is in white at low temperature. Refermentation with Charmat method (Martinotti). Aging of at least 3 months in autoclave on its own yeasts follows.
In the glass it has a bright golden yellow color. On the nose they stand out aromas that recall yellow fruit with marked citrus notes. At first glance his Fr.very fine and persistent erlage.
This sparkling white has the right degree of flavor and freshness, and is an ideal glass to accompany aperitifs and fish-based dishes.
