The Prosecco Superiore DOCG Spumante Extra Brut A3 by La Tordera represents an icon of excellence in the production of Prosecco. Coming from the renowned hills of Asolo, one of the most prestigious areas in Veneto, this sparkling wine stands out for its refined elegance and its intense territorial expression.

Exclusively made from Glera grapes, the Prosecco Superiore DOCG Spumante Extra Brut A3 undergoes a rigorous vinification process. The grapes are hand-harvested and go through a first fermentation in white, followed by a second fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures according to the Martinotti method, also known as the Charmat method. This process allows the preservation of the fruity characteristics of the grapes and achieves a fine and persistent perlage.

Visually, it presents a light straw yellow color and a generous foam. On the nose, it releases a delicate yet complex bouquet, with floral notes of acacia and wisteria, enriched by hints of green apple and citrus. On the palate, the Prosecco Superiore DOCG Spumante Extra Brut A3 is lively and fresh, with a pleasant acidity that balances the extremely low sugar content, a true reflection of the Extra Brut type.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif, but thanks to its versatile character and structure, it also pairs splendidly with light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood, offering an elevation of flavors that evoke the freshness and purity of the Asolo territory. Each sip invites you to explore the history and passion that La Tordera pours into every bottle, making it an exemplar of sparkling wine of great prestige and pleasure.
