Rambela is produced with the ancient Famoso vine, a native Romagna whose first historical records of 1437 date back to the Municipal Duty Table of Lugo.
“Rambëla” is a table grape once sold fresh on the squares. A great wine, the result of much research and continuous experimentation which has found a clear identity in recent years. A vineyard located in Russi in the province of Ravenna, on medium-textured soil, at an altitude of 15 m above sea level, with south-east exposure. The harvest is done manually, the vinification takes place through fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with aging in steel and in the bottle.
In the glass you can admire its beautiful yellow color with greenish reflections. Sweet floral aromas arrive on the nose, with citrus aromas, fruity notes and aromatic hints of sage. Extremely fresh taste, medium structure and good acidity.
It goes perfectly with traditional seafood dishes and sushi.
