The Soave Classico "La Rocca" from Pieropan winery represents an excellence in the production of white wines from Veneto. Produced in the historic vineyards located in the hilly areas of Soave, this wine celebrates the Garganega variety, which has been cultivated here since ancient times.
The volcanic and limestone soil of these hills gives "La Rocca" a distinctive minerality, which blends harmoniously with floral and fruity notes, including sensations of apricot, chamomile, and a subtle touch of almond. The grapes are harvested manually, ensuring a meticulous selection that preserves the superior quality of the harvest.
